The National Council on the Administration of Justice is established under the Judicial Service Act, Cap SA, as a high-level body mandated to ensure a coordinated, efficient and consultative approach to the administration of justice and reforms in Kenya. To effectively undertake this mandate, the NCAJ established a taskforce to develop the NCAJ Bill.
The NCAJ Bill provides a framework for efficient and effective coordination, cooperation and consultation among agencies involved in the administration of justice. The development of the Bill is earmarked as a priority area in the NCAJ Strategic Plan 2021-2026. It aims to strengthen and streamline the administration of justice in Kenya by facilitating seamless coordination, collaboration, and interventions by stakeholders.
We shall appreciate receiving your feedback using ncaj@court.go.ke, preferably before 30th January 2026.
